Your Questions, Answered

  • 6–12 weeks depending on the system. Pricing and dispatch are usually 6–8 weeks. More complex systems like job costing might take 10–12 weeks to fully install and train.

  • We generally don't recommend it. Your team's capacity to absorb change is limited. Better to do one thing well than three things poorly. We'll help you sequence.


  • Significant. We're not doing this to your team - we're doing it with them. Plan for weekly meetings and active participation in training.

  • You own the system. We recommend a retainer for ongoing cadence and measurement, but it's not required. Some clients prefer to run independently for a while and come back later.

  • Our implementation sprints are fixed-fee projects designed to install operating routines, role clarity, workflow discipline, and workflow-aligned tooling. They run 6–12 weeks and are priced based on the complexity of your operation and the size of the implementation surface area.

    To keep delivery focused and cashflow clean, sprint payments are milestone-based: 40% at kickoff, 30% mid-sprint, 30% at closeout.
